The Business
Punjab Information and Communication Technology Corporation aims to provide an opportunity to entrepreneurs and educationists who share our vision to apply for our training partner. Punjab Infotech has been imparting Computer Education through its CAL-C Division since 1988 with an objective of spreading computer literacy and providing job opportunities to the youth of Punjab. Punjab Infotech has over 150 training partner centres located in Punjab and its neighboring states. The quality of education in the centers is being maintained as per ISO 9001 standards. CAL-C, with its hand on the global pulse, identifies the needs of the IT and ITES sectors to constantly upgrade its programs to translate student training into job opportunities. CAL-C provides focused software, hardware, networking and ITES courses with technical inputs from industry leaders. CAL-C has an extensive network of training partner centers in the region to provide quality computer training vis-à-vis industry requirement. At Present it has a network of over 150 centres in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, J&K, and U.P.

With the increasing usage of computers in all Government Departments and the proposed e-Governance implementations at the district and block levels, there would be an increasing need for skilled manpower and Punjab Infotech has been strengthening its computer education division to meet this challenge.

Courses and Study material are also being designed and offered according to specific requirements of the departments. The training is conducted at training partner centres or locations provided by the concerned department.
