With a view to accelerate the pace of Growth of Industry in the State and provide quick availability of land to the entrepreneurs, the Governor of Punjab has notified the policy for allotment of land in various industrial focal points as well as allotment of semi developed/developed land under "Off-the-Shelf" scheme and through a "General Scheme" on a 99 year lease basis.
