Projects entail conceptualization and implementation of robust IT specific infrastructure projects being undertaken by Punjab Infotech. In addition various e-governance projects are also covered.
- People :
To ensure availability of skilled human resources, implementation of skill development programmes for the youth of Punjab are being undertaken by Punjab Infotech in coordination with other State departments. Additionally, industry-academia linkages are being strengthened by organizing various workshops.
- Policy :
Punjab Infotech has been instrumental in notification of the Industrial Policy 2009 with special focus on incentives for the IT and Knowledge industry
- Promotion :
Active promotion through on-ground activities aimed at information dissemination, proactive investor outreach programmes and an effective Single Window Service.
