Introduction
Sub Committees of Task Force are formed which are constituted for giving ownership and responsibility for implementation of key initiatives to the respective departments The key objective of the Sub Committee of the Task Force is to review the progress on identified initiatives pertaining to their department at a regular interval and draw out clear timelines for implementation. Actionables from these meetings are thereafter escalated to the Task Force.
Composition
The Sub Committee of the Task Force would be chaired by the Administrative Secretary of the department or a nominated representative nodal officer and would have a representative from Punjab Infotech.
Frequency
Sub Committee of the Task Force meets at least once every month for regular review of initiatives.
