Brand New Look and Feel!
The task of rebranding of Punjab Infotech has been entrusted to renowned consultants, M/s Ogilvy & Mather. Rebranding activity covers the entire gamut of visual tools, like the corporate logo, website as well as other promotional material as brochures and posters etc.
Why we did it?
The Vision of Punjab Infotech to firmly etch Punjab as a potential IT destination in every investor's mind was the main reason to undertake the branding exercise and reposition itself. Re-branding exercise was necessary to ensure Punjab remains competitive against other major Indian ICT hubs.
What does our new logo stand for?
The philosophy behind the new logo expresses the unlimited investment opportunities and value propositions offered by the State of Punjab. The Infinity symbol represents this fact.

The P of Punjab has been visualized in such a way that it looks like "infinity". A dot on the top of it also incorporates the 'I' of Infotech.

The tagline, "Infinite Opportunities. Simplified." is in line with the philosophy behind the logo design

- Projects :
Projects entail conceptualization and implementation of robust IT specific infrastructure projects. In addition various e-governance projects are also covered.
- People :
To ensure availability of skilled human resources, implementation of skill development programmes for the youth of Punjab are being undertaken in coordination with other State departments. Additionally, industry-academia linkages are being strengthened by organizing various workshops.
- Policy :
Punjab Infotech has been instrumental in notification of the Industrial Policy 2009 with special focus on incentives for the IT and Knowledge industry.
- Promotion :
Active promotion through on-ground activities aimed at information dissemination, proactive investor outreach programmes and an effective Single Window Service.
Blue and
Green are the primary colors used in the branding where blue signifies
technology and green represents
investment and growth.
