In order to attain efficiency of scale and improve the productivity, the Corporation has undergone organizational restructuring with its activities being demarcated in eight main divisions - Infrastructure Development, Investor Relation, Policy Advocacy, e-Governance, Cal-C, ISO, Human Resources, IT Services and Support Management. The review mechanism is designed to provide updated, relevant and authenticated information about the activities and services of all divisions. The mechanism would provide an interactive and informative medium of communication with the respective divisions. In addition, meetings are also organized at various levels outside the Corporation with stakeholders such as Government, Investors and Developers in order to meet the objective of periodic review and drawing out an action plan on the roadmap ahead.
